| CONTRACT
This contract will constitute the entire agreement
between The Anderson Bat National Classic baseball
tournament and:

High School.
Please have the appropriate officials initial
and sign where indicated. You will have 14 days
from the date of this contract to obtain approval
from your school, school district, league or conference
and any associations that may govern inter-scholastic
athletics in your state.
1. There is no conflict with the tournament dates
(April 11th to 16th, 2009) and any league, district,
conference or other baseball events in which we
are required to participate in.

2. We have obtained permission (where applicable)
from our school district to travel during the
dates of the tournament.

3. We have obtained permission (where applicable)
from our local governing body and state association
to participate in the Anderson Bat National Classic
baseball tournament.

4. We agree to use tournament-approved services
such as hotels, rental cars etc. and to provide
necessary information prior to pre-set deadlines.

5. We agree to participate in all tournament related
events including the kick-off extravaganza on
Saturday, April 11th and the tournament championship
game on Thursday night, April 16th.

6. In the event of inclement weather, we will
be available to play any make-up games on Friday,
April 17th

7. The tournament fee of __________ is due no
later than September 30, 2007. Please make check
payable to "The National Classic" and
mail to: National Classic, P.O. Box 338, Placentia,
CA 92871. (Cost is $550.00 for out of California
teams, $650.00 for teams in California)

8. We understand that there will be a cancellation
fee for dropping out of the tournament based on
the following schedule:
October 1 or later-$1,000.00
November 1 or later- $1,500.00
December 1 or later- $2,500.00
